In the following box enter the USA Swimming ID of the swimmer you are interested in.  The swimmer's ID can be derived using their birthdate (mmddyy), first three letters of the swimmer's first name, the middle initial or * if there is none, and the first four letters of the last name  (for example, 062491joecblac). The report only supports all 14 characters of the ID.  Then select the course type. Then hit the submit button.
